Check this out: The cuisine of Northeastern China refers to the cuisines of Jilin, Liaoning and Heilongjiang provinces, and it has been well known since ancient times. It originated from the Jin Dynasty during the early 12th century. Due to the cold weather in the region, people are accustomed to eating very hot food, and so cooking techniques such as casserole, hot-pot, and roasting were developed. The main body of Northeastern cuisine is the local folk cuisine using casserole, stir-fry, qiang, and marinating techniques. It also includes traditional techniques used in the imperial court. Northeastern cuisine utilizes the native crops of its mountainous land to its advantage, and is famed for its wild game dishes. Question: Do you like the “new” food network shows and chefs?
I’ve realized that the Food Network keeps bringing in new shows and chefs. I really like Giada, Sandra Lee, Rachael Ray, Paula Deen– the original shows. I REALLY do NOT like that ask Aida show, she drives me insane! Or that lady.. like the “restaurant chef” with the crazy bleached spiky hair. I do enjoy the Neely’s, however. I also don’t particularly like that Sunny Anderson.. I think she’s a little over the top and gives me a headache after 5 minutes. What do you think about these shows? Do you like the changes that they are bringing, or do you wish they would keep the old ones?
Oh, and I do like that Throwdown show! It’s a fun show.

Question: Who watched that show “TOP CHEF” on the food network. Who thought Howard was the right winner?
Answer:
Answer by kaje
From the footage that Bravo TV chose to broadcast during the “Top Chef” series, I absolutely believe Howard deserved to win. I would rather work for/with Howard a hundred times over before the next runner up. Howard never used intimidation, denegration or haughtiness as a tactic, unlike many of the other contestants. Howard was honest, talented, driven and best of all, HUMBLE! These qualities translate into a leader who is pleased to answer a server’s question about a dish without the huff-and-puff-roll-the-eyes response of the Prima Donna.
